Events in a Collection

If this collection consists of events (as opposed to tracks), then this part of the dialog does not contain a list, as there is only one set of events, and you can only edit or import events from that set of events. Note that the import button is only enabled if this event collection is of type “NEIC Earthquakes”.

To Edit the set of Events |
Click on the “Edit” button
This will display the “Track or Event List Data” dialog, in which the event data may be edited or added to. See 9.7.5 for further details.

To Import a set of Events |
Click on the “Import” button.
This will display the file open dialog, allowing to you navigate disks, folders and files to find an NEIC import file. See 9.2.2 for a full description of the required format of the NEIC import file.
