Using the Report Print Queue window

Each item on the list of reports has three items of information:

•The name of the chart to be used in the report

•The type of report (e.g. Modern, Classic, Custom)

•The status (Queued, Printing, Printed or Cancelled)

>> To cancel a queued report

1.Highlight the line with the report you wish to change.

2.Click on the Status tab above the list.

This will alter the displayed status of the report to ‘Cancelled’. This will prevent that report form being printed when you activate printing the queue.

>> To re-queue a printed report

Highlight the line with the report you wish to change.

Click on the Status tab above the list.

This will alter the displayed status of the report to ‘Queued’. This will allow the report to be printed again when you activate printing the queue.

>> To re-queue a cancelled report

1.Highlight the line with the report you wish to change.

2.Click on the Status tab above the list.

This will alter the displayed status of the report to ‘Queued’. This will allow the report to be printed when you activate printing the queue.

>> To activate printing the print queue (thus printing the remaining reports)

1.Click on the Print All button.

This will start the printing process which will print all the report in the list which have a status of “Queued”. Any report which has a status of “Cancelled” or “Printed” will not be printed. If you wish any such report to print, then you must Stop the print process, and re-queue the required reports, as explained above.

>> To stop the report print queue when it is printing

1.Click on the Stop button.

This will stop the printing as soon as the currently printing report has finished, leaving the remaining items on the list unprinted. These remaining items may be printed at any later stage, as you wish, by clicking on the “Print All” button again. You are also free to change the status of any items in the queue before printing again, if you wish. For example, you may wish to re-queue some reports which have already printed if the printer toner ran out, or you may wish to cancel some report which are still queued if you decide that you no longer need them.
