Saving the Report

1.In the File menu click on Save As.
This shows a standard file save dialog in which you can choose a location and a name for the saved file. It is recommended that you save reports in the REPORTS subdirectory of Solar Writer, unless you have another preferred place to store them, such as in your word processor’s directories.
Note: Any report generated by Solar Writer is always initially called REPORT.RTF, and it is up to you to assign an alternative name under which it can be stored permanently. If you do not change this name before saving the report, then the saved report will be overwritten the next time that you generate any report.
