Solar Writer is a state-of-the-art software package for Windows on PCs, heralding a new era in Windows report writers.
Solar Writer is a stand-alone program designed to generate professionally presented and formatted astrological interpretation reports. It is possible to view different sets of text, or to edit your own. Generated reports may be viewed, edited, saved and printed.

The following list is a small selection of the features which are available in this program. •Casts new charts for any time and location •Accesses an integrated atlas with latitudes, longitudes and automatically applied timezone changes for thousands of locations around the world •Saves charts and re-opens previously saved charts •Links in to Solar Fire® chart files, place files and wheel files •Contains full ACS PC Atlas with more than 250,000 locations worldwide •Allows selection of various report generation options including header and text styles and colors •Allows selection of alternative report styles (optional feature) •Allows reports to be queued for printing in batch •Allows reports to be created as Adobe PDF files •Allows reports to be emailed to clients Many other features are also available in this comprehensive program, and you can discover them simply by installing and running it, referring to the manual as often as you feel that you need to. Most features can be found just by browsing through the menus of Solar Writer, and selecting any items of interest, in order to try them out. |
Stephanie is one of the founders of Esoteric Technologies and has a major role in the ongoing development of Solar Writer including authoring some of Solar Writer's reports. Stephanie is the Marketing Director of Esoteric Technologies and is also a consulting astrologer. She holds a Practitioner's Certificate and Diploma from the Federation of Australian Astrologers and holds a B.A. in journalism and has been a freelance journalist reporting on current affairs, women's issues, the environment, politics and the arts. Graham Dawson is one of the founders of Esoteric Technologies and one of the founding authors of the Solar suite of astrology programs. Neville Lang was a past Technical Director of Esoteric Technologies, developing the Solar suite of products from 2007 - 2009. He was also the author of Astracadabra, the astrology program for Pocket PCs. Neville was a keen student of astrology since 1970 studying the various techniques of western and vedic astrology. He was in the computer industry from 1970 and a full-time software developer from 1986. |
