Layout options are options which affect what special pages, sections or categories of text are included in the report, and whether page break are automatically inserted into the report.
The available options are:
•Include Chart Page - If this option is selected, then a page containing the current chart wheel graphic will be inserted into the report immediately following the title page. (Note - If you choose not to select this option, then it is still possible to print out the chart separately using the Print menu item from the Chart menu.)
•Astrological Summary - If this option is selected, then a page containing a list of planetary placements (their sign, degree and house positions), and a list of aspects between chart points (the aspect name and orb) for the current chart, will be inserted into the report immediately following the title page (or chart page, if it is also included).
•Section Page Breaks - If this option is selected, then a (hard) page break will be inserted immediately before each new section of the report, so that each section will start on a new page. If it is not selected, then the sections will follow one another without (hard) page breaks, so (soft) page breaks will only appear after a page is full of text, regardless of where the sections start and end.
•Include Explanations - Some sections of a report may contain general explanatory text which is intended as an introductory explanation to that section, and is therefore identical in every report, regardless of the chart. If this option is selected then all of the available explanatory text will always appear in each report. If this option is not selected, then the explanatory text will not appear, so only interpretation text which is applicable to the specific chart being used will appear (possibly plus other obligatory brief introductory text), and the report will be briefer overall. You may wish to turn this option off, for example, if you are producing multiple reports to be read by the same person, in order to avoid them having to read the same introductory text to each section.
•Include Illustrations – Some report types have illustrations embedded within the body of the report. These illustrations generally enhance the appearance of the report, but there may be circumstances in which you would prefer the report to be created without these illustrations. For example, if you are emailing the report, you may prefer to avoid the extra file space that is occupied by the illustrations, thus making the report quicker to send via email.
