Track Colors

Tracks are plotted as a series of events joined by line segments. Each event in the track (apart from the first) is marked with a cross, and they are joined by continuous straight lines.
User-defined tracks are drawn using colors which may be selected by the user as part of the map color scheme. See Color and Font Settings for instructions on settings the track color. This selected track color applies to both the crosses and the line segments of the track.
UniSys Hurricane tracks also use the user selected track color for the crosses, but use a specific pre-set color scheme for the line segments, which was devised by UniSys as follows.
