Selecting Coordinate Grid

The coordinate grid may be switched on or off, and if it is on, then you may specify at what intervals of longitude and latitude the grid lines should be drawn.

To switch the grid lines on or off |
Click on the “Show Grid” check box.
This will switch the grid on if it is off, or switch it off if it is on. If it is switched on, then you may enter the intervals (in whole degrees) for the lines of latitude and longitude. These must be numbers between 1 and 90 inclusive.
The first line is always drawn at 0º of latitude and longitude, and subsequent lines are drawn at the specified interval in each direction. For example, if the interval of latitude is 30º, then lines of latitude are drawn at 0º, 30ºN, 60ºN, 30ºS, 60ºS.
