Setting the Animation Options

Start Date and Time – You can enter a date and time to start the animation into the date and time edit boxes, or click on the Now button to automatically move to the current date and time. |

Step – You can select any desired step interval from the drop-down list (seconds, minutes, hours, days, months, years), and also enter a multiple of that interval. |

Speed – The maximum speed of animation depends on the calculation time for individual steps in the animation. This generally depends on the capabilities of your computer. Users with older computers may find that they need to set the animation speed slider to the fastest setting, whereas those with more powerful computers may wish to adjust the slider so that the interval between steps is not so fast that you are unable to keep track of it. |
Note: You can use or set any of these animation options whilst the animation is running, if you wish to do so.
