You can select your preferred email protocol. For programs like the MS Outlook email client try MAPI first (which is the default), but if that is not always satisfactory change to Mailto, which may work better. If you use webmail use Mailto.
>> To select an Email Protocol
1.From the Main Screen click on the Preferences menu, then on the Edit Settings menu option
2.In the Misc tab in the "Email Preferences" section select either MAPI or Mailto.
